When I read about yet again “wonder” beauty product promising to tame frizzy hair, I was sceptical. I’ve tried so many products- creams, oils, you name it I probably have it in my bathroom. In a battle my hair v cosmetic industry the loser is my wallet. So far nothing has worked and I was contemplating pros & cons of a brazillian blow dry when I bought John Frienda’s new product, Frizz Ease 10 Day Tamer (http://www.johnfrieda.co.uk/ProductDetail/Hair-Care/Frizz-Ease/Ten-Day-Tamer-Pre-wash-Treatment)
I didn’t believe it was going to work yet I wasn’t about to pass on a chance it might work. And you know what? It really did.
It’s a pre-wash treatment which means you need to soak your hair in it for 10 minutes before washing it normally. The product consistency and smell reminds me of a gloss treatment, also from John Frieda which I once bought in Miami and sadly never came across it in the UK (it also worked a dream).
I decided not to use any styling tools or products leaving it to dry naturally (normally the worst mistake I can make) to check if it really works without any helping hand.
My first thought was “I knew it. I doesn’t work”. Then I re-read what it said on the bottle. Nowhere it said “it’ll leave you hair super straight” which is what I first thought it was going to do. Instead it claimed to leave the hair silky smooth and frizz free. Which it did.
I’ve already gone through first bottle and I can’t imagine not having the treatment in my arsenal of hair products. It gives me comfort and confidence of being able to leave my hair to dry naturally knowing I will have a good hair day. Every time.
